Woah Girl is a community of like-minded women focused in the San Diego area. We do have members from north of San Diego including Fallbrook, Temecula, Murrieta and then along the coast, a strong contingency from the Oceanside area. As there are many trails in the northern part of the county, the distance is actually shorter for our members in Riverside county.

While our average age is 55-64 and the initial intent was looking for women around the age of 60, we will approve members provided they are over 50. This is intentional as we want to focus on like-minded women and there really is a difference in the life of a 60 year old and a 40 year old. 

We have both planned and impromptu events centered around outdoor activities, including but not limited to hiking, bicycling, paddleboarding/SUP, kayaking, camping and other activities that aren’t team sports. 

While we may meet for a meal before or after an event, our events aren’t focused around a meal.  Once you make friends, which we highly encourage, break bread as often as you’d like! 

We also occasionally will host events for large group gatherings for activities such our recent Kidult (kid adults) Field Day at Mission Bay.
